They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."

"Below average breakfast. A lot of noise from outside even though the room was on the 12th floor. Poor lighting in the room. The ding from the elevator could be heard in the room."
