"Excellent location, fair walking distance to the river, walking distance to KFC. Fair distance also to ISBT and Varanasi Junction. Lots of rickshaws avail everywhere. Wifi is excellent, room noise isolation is excellent, breakfast is pretty nice lots of choice (although no meat available at all), shower is very nice also, front staff excellent and they go beyond and above to help you with your questions and travel needs. Special thanks to Krishan, Shubham and Rishi, who really helped me above and beyond with my transfer to Bodh Gaya yesterday. Amazing. If I was to come back to Varanasi I would probably stay here again,"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Taj Ganges, Varanasi. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care of the staff made our visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to Prachi from the Front Office, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would also like to recognize Abhishek, who assisted us with our luggage. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive. His warm and willing attitude made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived."

"Really clean room & good shower with a functiong mixer tap unlike a lot of hotels in India. The housekeeping, reception, travel agency & food/beverage teams were all excellent. You could tell they were proud of working for the hotel. I would rate it as the best hotel in my 3 week stay in India."
