「This is a brand new property with an official opening on the 1st May 26 operated by the Ascot Group. General staff are most helpful and ready to attend to your queries however limited. Our first assigned room on the 13th Floor overlooking the golf course was perfect except for the smell coming from the bathroom. A request for a change of room was done expeditiously and the rest of the stay was pleasant. 」

「Staff is very helpful. Service "call" bell is not working but staff is responsive to whatsapp. Staff even help us find a workshop to come to assist us when we had a flat tire during check out.」

「It's an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, it's at 7-10 mins from Tanah Rata, if you are traveling by bus, it would be advised to stay at the Center, in this place you have to take taxi every time You want to go out. It has a Laundry downstairs, 7eleven and other services.」

Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead. The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms. Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze. We would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, convenience and great hosts.」

「LBSが手掛ける不動産物件、周りは戸建も建設されていて、観光というよりは現地で住む人のためのアパートメント。実際にマンションに住む人はまだ多くないようで、人が疎らで閑散とした場所でした。部屋は広く、 キッチンもありましたが、料理するにはキッチン用品が足りないし、食事はタナラタかブリンチャンまで行くか、一階のテナント店舗に行くか、コンビニで買うか。車があれば良かったと思います。マレーシアの住まい事情を知ることができた、貴重な滞在でした。 不動産投資して貸し手として宿泊先を提供する人や事業者が増えているのは知っているので、今後はこういう物件も選択肢になることもわかりました。家族で滞在であれば広さ的にも良さそうですね。でも、キャメロンハイランドの印象はなかったです。」

「This propery owner/ incharge very nice and very humble, cooperative man, everything was clean, hot water, fan, kitchen items, clean rooms, bed and bed sheets were cleaned and very good environment. No need to bring anything just come and stay here like it's your own house. I will recommend to everyone 」
