"This was one of the worst properties iv stayed in. Area is 1hr from hcm central. Check in was confusing. Staff unhelpful and poor English so communication was difficult Signs out the front foyer says rooms are banned from air bnb type bookings . So doesn’t really make for a comfortable stay . Would never book again Also dirty and not cleaned well"

"Property is worn out and staff could be more courteous, especially during check in. I was picked up from the airport as it is only a few minutes away which was great, however the driver and associate were unpleasant and carried a lot of negative energy.
