"The property is at a prime location downtown. They have a private driveway for taxi pick up and drop off. The food was decent. It is an older hotel, but well maintained and in good condition. Overall, a good stay for us. We will be back at this hotel if we visit Ho Chi Minh city again."

"The staff at Sherwood suites were absolutely spectacular, the breakfast had many options that all appeared to be fresh versus going to some hotels where it looks like the food‘s been sitting there for three days prior. Paragraph the room was exactly as shown in the pictures and what a plus to have a large washer and dryer inside of the hotel room. Absolutely intend on coming back to this location for an extended stay and Sherwood suites helped us to make Vietnam a destination that we will definitely be returning to. Our room was spacious and immaculate, the service was impeccable, the pool was divine, the fitness centre very useful and every single staff member made us feel welcome. This is a luxurious stay and we highly recommend it. Thank you also to Ms Pinky and Ms Korean Butterfly. We enjoyed a fantastic burger at the hotel restaurant. We loved taking the executive package and having access to the executive lounge which is well worth it. We are already planning another stay at the Lotte!"

"Staff was exceptional, the hotel is great. I would say because it is district 1 it was noisy but after 10pm The karaoke stopped and you could get some sleep. Other than that, it was great. The English of the staff was fluent too as an added bonus"
