従業員の感じは非常によかった。 設備、清潔感については、値段を考えれば妥当だと思う。 ただ、日本のビジネスホテルホテルなどと比べると水周りなどは特に劣る。 コンセントは穴はあるが刺しても電流が流れていなかった。 合計2個のコンセントしかなかった。 ベッドの質は良かった。 老朽化は進んでいるように見えたが、日本人からすると廊下なども非常に広く感じる。 繰り返しになるが、 値段を考えれば妥当である。

Bathroom is dirty, no hot water, wifi's are not working, when we complained about these at the front desk, they say they are fully booked thar's why they're utilities couldn't accomodate everything.

学生での旅行だったのでそれなりに満足しました。 横にABCストアがあるので何かあれば買えますし、前はバス停なので不便はありませんでした。 カードキーがフロントで渡される1枚と部屋にある1枚、計2枚でしたがフロントでもらったもののみドアが空けれるので要注意です

2回目はないと思った。スタッフの人は優しい。お湯が出なくなってフロントに言いに行ったらすぐに対応してくれたことは良かった。全体的に予想よりも古くて壁も薄く、布団も薄かった。リゾート地だから仕方ないと思うが、あの部屋でこの価格は高いと感じる。

This is a very old property and its wear shows. The staff was cheery and helpful. Kudos. The common areas were clean and presentable though dated. But my room looked nothing remotely like the photo on Expedia. The tub was so old and worn that it had been painted white over the worn porcelain. The small frig was probably 30 years old, you could barely read the Kelvinator label. There was no WiFi, no coffee pot, only two dim lamps with one bulb each and an on-off switch that I couldn’t turn it was so old. The bathroom was clean but very worn. When I arrived at 2am, there were barely any lights on at the front entry and the lobby, I initially thought the place had closed. There is no gift shop or coffee shop. But all that having been said, I didn’t feel unsafe and I was able to sleep peacefully.

Old and Noisy. My bad

Very very old and noisy. 80's TV, poor bathroom, annoying beds. It was so loud til 3 am! People from downstair bar have a fun chat out loud, so it was hard to sleep. All the other hotels were fully booked, so I had no option. Will never stay there again.

築年数から言って多少老朽化した部分は在りましたが、素泊まり程度の私にとっては、何不住無く快適に過ごせました。 立地条件等も悪くなく、浜辺に出るのも通りを越えて歩いていける距離でしたので申し分ないと思います。

Hotel war okay für 1 Nacht, dafür jedoch zu teuer, da es ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche z.T. Flecken hatten. Wasser war maximal lauwarm und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage zum schlafen relativ laut. Das Personal war jedoch absolut freundlich. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich etwas anderes wählen.

清潔感に問題があると感じました。

数年ぶりに泊まりました。 絨毯張りからクッションフロアになっていた以外は経年劣化な部分は拒めません。 廊下も薄暗く、証明器具はあるものの点灯されておらず不気味です。 部屋も清潔とは言えず、特に洗面台のコップとシャンプー、石鹸が載ったトレイに黒々とした縮れ毛が1本、それも伏せたコップの中に残っていました。 コップなどを使用済みのバスタオルなどで拭いたのでしょうか？ 翌日も床に髪の毛やゴミなどキチンと掃除されていませんでした。 次のホテルに移動するまでの2泊でしたので我慢しました。 それなりのお値段なのでもう少ししっかりして欲しいです。

Prime location for a visitor to Guam, however, hotel needs some upgrade on the outside as it appeared outdated from the outside. The inside (room), however, was pleasing and clean - may need to upgrade the tiles in the bathroom though plus TV and lights. Also need clearer directions as to how to enter the building: which road to take (did not notice any sign), where the entrance was.

최악 중 최악. 몇 만원 더주고 홀리데이 가세요. 귀신나올까 무섭고 이불도 더럽고 화장실도 더럽고 공항에서 새벽도착이어서 하룻밤자려고 한건데 그래도 최악.

가성비 적당한 호텔입니다.

일단, 호텔컨티션은 전체적으로 별로입니다. 하지만 저희는 새벽 도착이라 간단하게 휴식을 취할 생각으로 공항에서 가깝고 싼 호텔을 찾은거라 크게 불만은 없었습니다. 제가 체크인한 시간은 새벽 4시 정도 였는데 사전에 늦은 체크인에 관해 메일을 보내놓은 덕분인지 새뱍시간이었음에도 프런트에서 기다리거나 하지 않아서 편이했으며, 룸에 들어가니 센스있게 미리 에어컨을 켜 놓아서 편안한 휴식을 취할수 있었습니다.
