The property is centrally located and easily for shopping and food. Rooms are small but clean. Towers are old and torn and needed to be replaced. Noisy all the time day and night.

La habitación estaba limpia pero tenía olor como que habían fumado. La cama que ofrece la página es king y solo hay matrimonial. La página ofrece estacionamiento gratis y resulta que es en la calle.

Did not end up staying at the hotel. The area was very congested and we had no where to park anywhere near the hotel when we arrived. We were also traveling with pets, and the would be nowhere to walk them outside of our room.

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas en mantenimiento. No había jabón, no había papel de baño; no hubo agua caliente en la regadera. La TV tiene solo 6 canales de televisión abierta de poco interés. Al principio no había luz en el piso hasta que alguien se dio cuenta. La coladera de la regadera tapada por lo que el agua escurre a todo el baño.

Excelentes las instalaciones, el Hotel Terranova, es una construcción antigua, con adecuado mantenimiento, la habitación que me asignaron, muy cómoda, amplia, con vista a la calle, en un segundo piso, las camas cómodas, de colchones firmes, adecuada iluminación, el personal muy atento y servicial, las instalaciones muy tranquilas y silenciosas, me pareció una excelente elección.

Al llegar no tenían pago con tarjeta, en la habitación había cucarachitas en el techo, cabellos en las sábanas y en todo el baño y al querer hacer del baño me percaté que había orines de alguien más cuando yo no había usado el baño

Malísimo el no respetar una reservación

No respetaron mi reservaciones de 2 habitaciones, llegamos y ya las habían vendido. Es inconcebible que me dejaran sin habitaciones, ya no tenían en todo Tampico , tenia dos adultos mayores para una de esas habitaciones, había fallecido un familiar .
