The food was good. The suite was a great size. The rooms need updating. Bathroom should have 2 sinks. Outdoor French doors are worn. Need to be replaced. It would be nice to have a screen at the French doors so you can keep the doors open.」
「The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom in the hotel room was really clean and the water was hot right away. The bed was very comfortable! The hotel breakfast was nice, and the coffee was pretty good. The fitness room was also small but really nice! There wasn't a lot of shopping or other buildings in a walkable distance from the hotel, but I personally preferred that since it made the hotel nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!」
「This is a great property for a quick trip to Tampa. The location is very convenient and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is overall very clean and in good condition. The only thing that I would improve a bit, is the towels, some of them were stained and had hairs stuck to them, we asked for more and they gave them to us immediately. The rooms also have a full kitchen that is very convenient and a full size refrigerator. Overall a very good hotel. 」
「We stayed at this Fairfield for two reasons, 1) I personally prefer Marriott Courtyards or Fairfields for their cleanliness and hassel free stays. 2) This visit was out of necessary due to a home a/c failure and we were able lock a fair and affordable rate for two rooms within issue on short notice. 3) This location had a wonderful complimentary breakfast which was plentiful and not purposely reduced or nonexistent at other competitors.
