Rockin' home near Hard Rock, Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Amphitheater.

We hope our newly renovated home will be the perfect place to stay while on your trip. The hand-painted boarder exterior, full kitchen, covered carport, in unit washer/dryer, Karaoke, and themed music interior are all part of our goal of creating a space to prime your trip to be the best it can be. We sometimes call it the "Tampa Tour House" because it's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a show or event; The Hard Rock Casino, Florida Expo + Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater are all within a 5 minute car ride or a short walk. A memorial park with vintage combat helicopters and a canal walkway is also within walking distance. There is a WaWa, Winghouse, and Wendy's within walking distance as well. In the same distance, there's also Eureka Springs State Park! If you don't mind hopping in your car for a little longer, you can reach Downtown Tampa in 15 minutes. Saint Petersburg Beaches are just over the bridge and can usually be reached in a little over an hour. Dog friendly with a fee but service animals are always welcome! Cute place!!

My friends and I chose this place because it was so close to the amphitheater where we were seeing a concert. The house was adorable, clean, and each room is decorated with music memorabilia! We totally will stay here again!

Florida Aquarium and Hard Rock

We were very pleased with our stay and it was extremely clean and we loved seeing the ducks in the neighborhood and also found it was close enough to all the things we were going to do. The Host (Maria) very kind and helpful and stayed in contact with us through out our stay. I would definitely stay again for sure!

We stayed here before our cruise out of Tampa. It was perfect and was a short Uber ride to port. Maria was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Cute little home that was perfect size for the 6 of us.

Convenient and Cozy

This house was perfect for our trip. My adult son and I and one of his friends were in town for concerts and the theme of this house really put us in the right mindset. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and sizable, the extra half bath was helpful. If you are looking for a fun house, with a musical theme, close to highways and quiet, this is a good choice. The owner was very accommodating and quite responsive. The neighborhood ducks were a nice touch.

We stayed one night to go to a concert. Very clean place and great location. We took an Uber to the concert which was max a couple of minutes drive. Real quiet neighborhood also.

Wonderful Hideaway in Tampa

Nestled in a typical Florida suburb, this amazing house provided everything we needed for our trip! The house is clean, efficient, spacious, and lovely! It was the perfect spot to prepare for our conference and relax afterward. I will definitely recommend this place and I hope to use it again the next time I’m in town!

My husband, some friends, and I stayed here for a concert at the mid Florida credit Union amphitheater. It could not have been more perfect. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. It was private and the locality to the event was perfect. Took three minutes to get to the side gate. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house

The House was really nice I really enjoyed my stay there at the house. It was just the location of where the house was at was kind of sketchy and the animals the roaming cats and the ducks kept my dog barking, making us think someone was in the carport, I think if the house was in a better location, it would be great, but overall I enjoyed my stay and if people can get over the neighborhood they would enjoy their stay too. PS it could be just me, but I’m not used to seeing no grass all wheat and no sidewalks.

Overall Great Experience !!

This is a nice home that was perfect for my family. The inside of the home is beautiful and there is lots of yard space. The neighborhood isn’t the best but everyone seem to stay to themselves and we did not have any problems. The only recommendation I would make is changes to the cameras. Safety is important and I’m sure it’s to monitor the home when the property is occupied and unoccupied. However, it’s a tad bit uncomfortable when barbecuing out back with family or on the Porch playing family games with a camera pointing directly at you. I’m sure they’re there for all the right reasons but it just makes it uncomfortable when utilizing the outside common areas. I would suggest to reposition them. The hosts are very sweet & accomodating. We apprecite being able to utilize your home during the holiday.

A Rockstar Rental

This was such an incredible find! The house is so well decorated with a music theme throughout and just an awesome vibe overall. I feel the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were super comfy and all amenities provided were nice. Maria was super communicative throughout the entire time from when we booked to check-in. We didn’t face any issues at all. Such a short drive to the Amphitheater if you’re going to see a show there…and a close drive to clubs and bars if you are looking for an after party. I will definitely rent this amazing house again if we are in the area for another show. Oh, and the welcome binder is a nice touch and great tips on places to go and eat at as well. 5 stars! Thank you!!!
