Lake front condo at Saddlebrook

This was my family’s personal unit never before been on the market. We want to share with others the reason that we fell in love with this special unit years ago and it is the view. The lake and the serenity of the 16th green across the water provides a relaxing and peaceful scenery throughout the day. Take an early morning jog or an evening stroll and you will know why we lived in the same neighborhood for over 15 years. The condo has been updated continuously with modern and contemporary touches. There is room to sleep 4 people comfortably with 2 separate full bathrooms. A chef’s kitchen and brand new washer and dryer. Whether you are planning to stay for a week or months, the condo will provide you with a peace of mind so you can take the time to enjoy the rest of the local burgeoning community and greater Tampa Bay. Hope to host you and your family in the near future!

Host was a wonderful and very welcoming. Unfortunately, apparently VRBO policy seems to be a problem. Quality of amenities and requirement of supply of consumable items are serious problem. This is our experience in last two vacations. 1. Not enough small kitchen appliances supplied2. Some do not work - not well cleaned3. pots and pans are not enough, bad quality, not cleaned4. Not supplied or not enough of basic supplies of coffee, tea, sugar, salt etc.5. same for bathroom supplies - soap, shampoo, conditioner etc.Host are claiming that they are meeting VRBO requirements - didn't get a chance to verify with VRBO. However, if that's true then something needs to be changed. Seems like guest convenience is disappearing, which was the driving difference between hotel vs, VRBO hospitality.Like to hear from VRBO

Very quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Dempsey’s on property had great food. The condo itself was very nice. Bo was very accommodating and quick to respond. We stayed there for two months and was very comfortable.

Bo was very responsive and a delight.

The condo is located in a gated community. The entry and grounds are aesthetically pleasing; however, the condo building is dated and grounds are somewhat unkempt around the condo. The drainage pond and golf course grounds were well kept. The inside of the condo was clean, and towels and linens were plentiful. The patio was nice and nature sounds were relaxing. The condo had a good supply of dishes and glassware; however, there were few cooking utensils. Additionally, I purchased a coffee maker because the unit had a Keurig only. Finally, be careful when closing the dividing door between the living room and the second bedroom; the door sticks and is challenging to open. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and met our needs. Again, Bo was a delight and I appreciate his responsiveness to my questions.

Great stay.

This condo was very clean and a great home away from home. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and quite close to I75. The grounds are beautiful and the lanai view was an added plus. The owner, Bo, was very quick to respond and easy to work with. I have booked this again for next year. Would highly recommend staying there. Susan from Illinois.

Peaceful stay - great host

This is a nice lakefront condo in a great location just outside of Tampa. The host was kind and very good at replying quickly to questions. It is well-appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

We had a great time at Bo’s place. There was a pool right next to the unit and my family really enjoyed our stay there….plenty of towels, loads of cooking dishes and utensils (could’ve had a pasta/fruit strainer). We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers!

Great condo in Saddlebrook

My wife and I like the saddlebrook resort area due to its proximity to a hospital she’s being treated at. We loved staying in this condo. It was clean, the communication with the manager was excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the area. I’d definitely recommend this condo to anyone who’s staying near the Tampa area. You won’t regret it.

Great weekend getaway

I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. The condo was very modern and exactly as the photos showed. Communication with Bo was great and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Great condo within wonderful resort!

Have stayed in many 2 bedroom/2bathroom condos at Saddlebrook throughout the years! This one was right by the pool at Lakeside Village overlooking the pond. Nicely renovated. Extremely clean!! Any minor issues were immediately tended to by the owner Bo who lives on the property. Such a kind, nice person. Feel like I made a new friend! I wanted to rent this condo again next year for a longer period of time but unfortunately someone beat me to the punch. Who ever that was will be very pleased! Thanks again Bo!

Wesley Chapel Condo

This was a lovely recently renovated 2 bedroom condo on the main floor of a complex at a Golf Resort. The space was very clean and comfortably furnished. We had a lovely patio with a view of a pond on the golf course which we used everyday of our stay. The condo had everything we needed to cook all of our meals right there. Our host was very quick to answer any questions we had and offered many great ideas for places to see in the area. The neighborhood surrounding the condo was newer and growing and all amenities were only a quick car ride away and premium outlet shopping along with many big box stores were not far away. We found beautiful walking trails nearby and many days we just walked around the resort which was lovely. We would recommend this spot for anyone wishing to enjoy the sun, some golf, shopping and exploring in and around the Tampa Bay area.
