this apartment is stylish, modern, all to itself, its a complete 2 bedroom home with a galley kitchen, 1 bath, located in the back of the main house entrance located at the rear. enter thru the white pvc gate at the end of the pavered driveway. the yard is a tropical paradise full of fruit trees, more than 50 types of trees on the property. in the early morning you will see and hear many birds. the court yard and yard is wonderful place sit in and enjoy the environment. The space this is property is a private residence, it's offered as a two bedroom unite with two beds. there other guest in the adjacent apartment. the master bedroom has a 70 inch TV and a soround sound system for the TV or music. 70" tv in the living room.
access through the right side white PVC gate at the end of the driveway. entrance is from the rear thrugh the green door. the lock box is to the left of that door. the apartment is attached to the main house. the living room wich doubles as a dining room, the red door in this room is not an access point. this door is maintained closed and doble locked at all times. no pets allowed on the property and no animals allowed in any of the areas. by using any areas you are agreeing the hold the property and its owners harmless.
parking, park in front of the red wood fence as far to left as posible leaving space for other cars.
smoking is allowed outside only, you have to pick up and dispose of all trash and cigarette butts. no smoking or vaping inside the building. Guest access court yard and sitting area are for all guest and shared. do not damage trees or fruit. all areas directly in front of other ABNB is considered private If its a general walkway it must not be obstructed by anything. general walkways in front of doorways or other walkways must not be obstructed. while you have acces to the yard and amenities they are not part of your rental, amenities are not guaranteed available at all times. you must not bother other guest or intrude on their private space.
park in front of main house on the grass, there are two spaces for this rental only. park properly, not at an angle and leave space for other vehicles. there is space for 4 normal vehicles. long trucks or campers may not fit. if your vehicle do not fit finding parking is your responsibility not ours. Other things to note no smoking of any kind inside the building, pick up all trash and cigarettes butts. you are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. leave the areas as you found them. your trash is to be placed in the cans at front left of the property. all outdoor aminities, washer, dryer and couch beds, tvs, and radio are not part of the retal price. they are free to use but are not part of the rental price your paying.
