「The property was very clean and well maintained. The living space is large and the bathroom quite large as well. It was perfect for our needs. It is close to everything in the area. Jim was extremely helpful and super quick with his responses to our questions.」

「We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was comfortable, the host was responsive, address all our concerns and was very accommodating- we appreciated his willingness to work with us and we would stay again!」

「Great home and location!」

「Loved our stay at Billy Bear. It was perfect location for our activities in Highlands and surrounding areas.」

「Great location, very nice cabin, clean and modern. Quiet getaway if that's what you are looking for.」

「We loved our week-long stay! Between the creek in the backyard, ping pong, and video games, everyone in our family had things to enjoy during our down time from all of the outdoor activities close by. Would definitely recommend!」

「Nice clean house with adequate room for the 8 of us traveling for our daughter’s wedding at nearby Gaines Lodge. Kitchen was enough to allow us to prepare food for the wedding as well. The fridge was big enough to hold all that food. The kids used the game room while the grandparents used the back deck to enjoy the sunshine. Loved that it was so close to Table Rock State Park.」

「Great accommodations for a late winter vacation. The home was well-appointed and clean and provided enough room for our family. The host communicated all of the check-in instructions and check-out procedures well in advance and we did not experience any delays or inconvenience. We will definitely make it a point to return in the future.」

「Cabin was cozy. It did say they had a gas fireplace but it was not connected. We stayed warm though with central heat. Loved the heated bathroom. Beds seemed smaller to be a queen. We enjoyed being outside at the fire pit the last night. The kitchen had everything we needed. Dishwasher was there but hadn’t been installed. 」

「Loved this home! Very cozy & clean! All the amenities you need! Back yard is what sold us and it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend and would stay again! 」
