「Olga was very kind and helpful and gave us good suggestions for things around town. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable. I wish someone had suggested we hike the nature trail heading north --- we did a quick run thru just before we left, and it is wonderful. Our stay in a castle (?fort? ?convent?) was wonderful. Lovely, peaceful and relaxing.」

「The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom offered a very relaxing shiwer experience. The team really offers an excellent organic breakfast - offering local, self made treats. The yoghurt is simply delicious. I felt welcome from day one - it was like coming into a family. Great support before the check in, during my stay and when leaving. The location is amazing - Palafrugell is on the door step, nice walks along the coastal path, only a few minutes away from beautiful...

「very clean and quiet, staff provided 5 star hospitality, very friendly to all different languages. Excellent restaurant, I can't tell you how wonderful the breakfast was each morning (free). Everything felt so clean and great, Monica was wonderful, the interior design is next level. Would easily stay here again, no question.」

「The stay was okay. I was under the impression that things would be more up to date due to being affiliated with Meliá but this is nothing like a stay at a Meliá hotel. There were constantly moths in my room and they kept landing on us while sleeping. The AC was not very powerful. Staff was very helpful when it came to any questions or concerns I had but I wish the hotel was a little more up to date. The furniture was cracked in some areas and the balcony was tiny and leaking.」

「Outstanding location with a very unique vibe. Great staff, super clean and high up enough that most loud visitors do not come near. Only downside is no parking and it it tricky to find on foot.」

「The Hotel was lovely, high ceilings in my room, it was on a quiet street. The staff were very helpful. Especially Simone and Ester. The hotel group has a collection of Hotels in the town. We had an incredible lunch and a massage at the Covent Hotel. well worth a visit」
