This place was amazing, Manuel at the front door entrance was more than a worker he made me feel like family coming home. Manuel mention places I can visit sight see and eat. He was extremely helpful. The staff in the dining area were attentive and friendly, the food was amazing one of my favorites part were the lil round blue tortilla with butter and salt. My partner and I got a morocco massages the 2 ladies there were amazing I believe one of their names was Erika. Housekeeping ladies were sweet and nice and had our room clean. The guy at bar (bald guy) I totally forgot his name. He was nice too, he also gave some pointers to checkout and eat. Overall this place is amazing and I can’t wait to come back. Oh and location was the best you are close to everything u can walk everywhere no need for a taxi just walk. Unless you want to go to Zapopan or tlatelpaque u can uber 20 min away.

Great location and service, with a few areas for improvement- We had a very nice stay at Hotel Villa Ganz. The location is excellent — close to many attractions and easy to get around either on foot or with a short Uber ride. The staff were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The property itself is charming, with beautiful grounds and a lovely garden restaurant. Dining in the courtyard was a highlight, and the food was very good. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The bathroom felt a bit outdated and not quite in line with expectations for a five-star boutique property. While the room was comfortable overall, a mini fridge would have been especially helpful given the warm weather. An in-room iron or steamer would also be a convenient addition for quick touch-ups, even though laundry service is available. Overall, this is a warm, well-located boutique hotel with excellent service. With a few updates and added amenities, it would be even better.
