It will be the place we will choose to be when in Tallahassee! We checked in very late and left early but everything was perfect! The only thing I regret is not knowing this place sooner. Just a tip: bring cozy clothing because the air conditioning is strong. Beautiful home.

This is a very clean and well maintained property. The park across the street is a great place to take a walk - very safe and many families. It's a great place to stay with a child at FSU; everything is close. The room was very comfortable, including a nice bed and bathroom. Parking, check-in and check out were a breeze. The only thing that was a little disappointing is there was no breakfast options, but they did include free snacks. Will definitely return.

We never saw any staff. The room was hot, so we called and they said they would turn down the thermostat (I guess remotely?), but it never seemed to get any cooler, which made it difficult to sleep well. There was a small fridge and a coffee maker in the hallway for the 3 rooms on our floor, but nothing in the fridge (hoping for bottled water), and no coffee pods. We called about that, too, and they said staff would be in at 1:00…we were checking out at 11:00. He said to check the kitchen. I did find soft drinks and water in the kitchen fridge, but never any coffee.

Beautiful inn. We enjoyed our stay here. Nice host who provided water and snacks and beverages. The continental breakfast was very good with fresh pastries, bagels etc. Convenient to many restaurants and to the downtown.

The room was clean, the instructions to get in the place were clear. The hotel felt like a home and was well stocked. Since there were no staff there, there should be an N/A in the question about whether staff were helpful. A staffless venue worked well since I got good instructions well ahead of time. It really is a beautiful place and a very enjoyable stay.

I never received the email with the door codes. Luckly, a staff member was there and after 15 minutes of horsing around we got it. The electric plugs in the unit (on the wall) were awkwardly placed. Starting at about 11:00pm, local persons were revving their cars and playing music incredibly loud. Could not sleep while this was happening. There is no counter space in the bathroom. There is no closet or wardrobe in the unit. There is a wood framed device from which you can hang a hanger and the towels and washcloths are on top of it, not in the bathroom. The finishes in the common areas and the unit are nicely done, except the caulking around the shower door and at the floor there. There was no continental breakfast when I left at 7:30 am.
