The space
This home features polished concrete flooring with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet in the closets. There are rugs throughout the home.

The living room is decorated to make guests feel welcome and inspired. It features a motion-sensing ceiling fan light, additional recessed lighting, a large 4K Roku TV with premium streaming channels, and a real leather euro lounger that can be converted into a full-size bed.

The bedrooms in this home offer a luxurious sleeping experience with their queen-sized beds, complete with memory foam mattresses, an abundance of pillows, and soft bedding. Guests can enjoy the convenience of recessed lighting, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and makeup tables with mirrors and chairs in each room. The master bedroom boasts an added feature of a large screen 4K Roku TV as well.

The updated kitchen features a stunning glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a variety of basic supplies. Guests can make use of the ample pantry space, double sink, and hands-free kitchen faucet. The kitchen is well-lit and offers a toaster oven for added convenience.

The chic dining area features a solid wood, expandable mid-century table, surrounded by artwork and adjustable lighting. Coasters are provided, and a selection of wine may be available for guests. The unique chalkboard wall with neon light adds a cool ambiance, and all dishware is conveniently stored in the dining area for easy access.

Each bathroom boasts dual mirrors, plenty of lighting, a stylish pedestal sink, and a spacious tub with a curved shower curtain rod and top-notch shower head. The toilets are elongated, comfort-height, and equipped with antibacterial features.

The laundry space offers a convenient self-service option with a stacked LG front-loading washer and dryer. Guests have access to both small and full-size ironing boards and a clothes iron for their use.

For the safety and security of all guests, and to protect the owners' interests, surveillance cameras are located on the exterior of the property.

Guests may access the entire home and backyard, with the exception of certain areas such as the attic, owner's storage cabinet, outdoor shed, utility trailer and water heater closet.
