The house is in a great residential area not far from FAMU. The entire house was clean, and it was very easy to contact the host who was very accommodating with my situation. We have everything we needed e.g. towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher liquid, plates, silverware, garbage bags etc. I love the fact of the instruction book on the table. therefore, it is no room for assumptions. The rules are in black & white. I would stay here again. Thanks for everything

Overall a very nice house to stay in. Lot of little things that could be improved uponNo cable, no toaster in the kitchen and no kitchen knives (if you are staying here for any length of time and want to have food, there are hardly any kitchen utensils etc for cooking. Very lacking. We went to an FSU foot tall game so for our needs I would say it was fine but the kitchen not having items you need for mi I so breakfast cooking was a sore pointOwner of the property was responsive and nice. Otherwise a good place to stay.

2 night stay

The property was spacious and clean, comfortably accommodating my group of 6. Location is good in relation to FSU and downtown, just a short 12 - 15 min drive. This is so much better than multiple hotel rooms that would be needed for a group of this size.

Check in was Super easy and well instructed, if my family and i was your first ,job and home well done. The home has alot of space,beds comfortable, security system, everything work.i will most definitely tell family and friends if the visit Tallahassee this is a good home to choose it was close to all restaurants and of course Walmart,i never had to call the host for nothing because i was well informed email and in home thanks for sharing your home♥️
