From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. "This is a uniquely situated, rustic property, run by lovely people. You will get a real experience of deep Morocco in the High Atlas if you visit. The area is incredibly beautiful. A magical experience. But be aware - this hotel is situated off road. To get here you will need a high clearance SUV if conditions are good. If they are not, a 4x4. "A warm beautiful stay in the mountains. Brahim was very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Staff all welcoming and helpful. "

"The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view. Our room was basic but lovely, had everything we needed and plenty of blankets. We had an amazing dinner at the riad in the eating area with a lovely fire. The breakfast was great as well. One of our party is a coeliac and the riad were super accommodating. They also had a filter tap to refill bottles....
