"The reception had beautiful lights crafted like art. The bar below reception was simply outstanding in terms of views. Room view facing the ocean was mesmerising with the sound of waves crashing soothingly. Staff were all simply top notch, polite, professional and never fail to say hello to you. The only little point which didn't hit the mark was the condition of rooms, definitely very livable, good heated water, superb ocean view but the outlook of room was slightly off which requires some refurbishments and much brighter lights. Other then that its worth the money. 🙂"

"April 2023 was my first trip to Thailand and Patong Beach. I did a lot of research when choosing where I was going to stay. After my 2 weeks at Nap Patong, I could not have made a better choice! I returned to Nap for 3 weeks this year, and the staff were just as warm and welcoming as I remembered. The building and property was clean and meticulously well kept. I stayed in the Daydream Deluxe suite and it could not have been any better. The balcony is very large and the view was absolutely breathtaking. You will never miss a sunset. The air conditioning is powerful and will keep you as cool as you wish. The amazing beach is only half a block away. Safe to say I will be back again! "We had an outstanding 10-night stay at the Holiday Inn resort. The accommodations were excellent - the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were nice with roomy, updated showers. The dining was top-notch. With four on-site restaurants, all providing 5-star quality cuisine, we had a wonderful variety of options. The breakfast buffet in particular was a standout, with an outstanding selection that we enjoyed daily. The resort amenities were fabulous as well. The pool area was beautiful, with a large pool and swim-up bar that provided a great space to relax. What really made our stay phenomenal, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Every employee we encountered was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any request was met with a warm smile and first-class service. The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of the beach, stores like pharmacies and 7-Eleven, local restaurants, and plenty of shopping. You could find everything you needed just steps from the resort. Overall, we had a truly memorable vacation at this Holiday Inn resort. Between the comfortable rooms, delicious dining, great amenities and amenities, top-notch service, and prime location, it provided the total package for a relaxing yet convenient beach getaway.
