"Clean, great location (right next to a tattoo-friendly onsen + a few streets from a surprisingly bustling nightlife scene), on-site laundry (services but also washing machines). Walkable to anything you might wanna see except maybe Miyajima Island (one night stay not enough to add that in, especially getting in late + 11am checkout meant lugging baggage around too much to do so). One note: laundry machines struggled to fully dry what was only ~3 outfits worth of clothes; had to send through for extra drying session and still had to airdry for ~45 minutes before rushing to checkout."

"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Great location for travelling as the main station is just 2 minutes away from the hotel (they are actually connected). While we liked the hotel, we found the breakfast in the executive lounge was limited so we decided to use the main restaurant which had a lot more variety. Also the gym was very small for such a large hotel. That said, the lounge had a good array of drinks and snacks available, and the staff were very attentive. The front desk area was also very impressive. This is a very good hotel and we also found it very convenient for transportation options around the city and beyond."

"The rooms were large, the AC worked well and everything was very nice. They helped me ship my luggage and was super close to the train station. The staff was very helpful. My whole family of 5 loved it!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful on check in and often greeted you when entering the hotel. The rooms are quite small and the bins and towels were not replaced during our stay. It is in a good location for the train station."
