圖文不符，跟朋友看了4人房的照片很喜歡，朋友訂了，結果實際房間跟照片根本不同，照片上漂亮的4人餐桌根本不存在，只有ㄧ張兩人的小方桌，房間也沒有照片那麼美。服務人員說那個房間只有ㄧ間，被別人訂走，如果只有一間，怎麼可以賣那麼多間，非常不誠實的店家。我自己訂的雙人房也沒有圖片漂亮，而且房間有臭臭的味道。服務人員態度是很好，但他們對於我們的抱怨也無能為力，很無奈。不誠實的店家，不推

Overall a really wonderful hotel!! Big, comfortable room and bed with a nice bathroom and kitchenette too. The staff were very helpful with any requests. Used the convenient laundry facilities and even the gym once! Great location - right next to Da’an Park, ( which we really enjoyed exploring every day) and the subway station - so convenient! Would highly recommend!

The receptionist was okay. The house keeping was very bad. Only had 10 pieces of tissue paper for 2 days. Did not replace toilet paper, in one day only a third of toilet roll remained after the room was serviced. Air conditioning was not working properly! Room was not serviced one day when we returned to our room at 4,00 PM. Only 4 packets of tea provided each day!! Breakfast was very limited.

사진에 비해 크기는 작긴 해요,근데 둘이서 쓰기에 부담은 전혀 없었고 시설도 깨끗해서 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절하세요!새벽 비행기라 첫차가 몇시인지 물어봤더니 시간이 안되서 급하게 새벽에 공항 갈 수 있는 루트도 찾아주시고,택시도 불러주셔서 감동받았습니다ㅜㅜ조식은 안먹어봐서 모르지만 라운지도 카페처럼 되게 잘 되어있었고 근처가 주택가라 조용하고 평화로워서 좋았습니다.그러면서도 동먼이랑 걸어서도 갈 수 있는 거리고 번화가도 멀지 않아서 만족스러웠습니다

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave useful tips on which Din Tai Fung was a better option than nearby original outlet, where were the hip cafes and how to get around Taipei on public transport to where we wanted to get to. Also helpful when we needed to pack some snacks in a box. Very convenient location with Daan Park mrt entrance and 7-11 less than 5 min walk, and Yongkang area just 10 mins walk. Lovely park if you want to just have a nice green stroll nearby.
