1. The room condition differed markedly from the photos on your official website. The wall paint is cracking, particularly near the bed.
2. The bedsheet appeared stained and there was hair beneath the sheet. I experienced itchiness during both nights, raising concerns about whether the linens are being deep-cleaned between stays.
3. The room was multiple strands of hair and small insects on the floor. This suggests the room was not adequately cleaned or inspected prior to guest arrival. Meanwhile, Heavy dust on the lamp at the top of the bed.
4. The toilet seat had recurring black spots that did not appear to be removable through routine cleaning, calling into question its suitability for guest use.
5. There is no person in charge in the hotel during so-called service hours by 1800hrs. If guest check out at 1100hrs but still need to store baggages in the hotel, there is no one to look after. The message from hotel suggested baggages store under CCTV. Just wondering safety of the baggages is proper or not?

- Staff are supposed to be available at the reception desk from 10am-6:30pm. However, on the last day when I wanted to enquire regarding luggage storage, when I went to the reception desk to check-out at 10:27am, there were still no staff present.
- The shower in my room (room 503) would only let me shower in very hot or very cold water; my friend staying in another room showed me that the shower was supposed to have a digital display to allow you to control the temperature. However, the digital temperature controls in my shower was clearly broken. The extremely hot water almost burned me on the second night.
- The handwash basin in my washroom was leaking water at the back so each time I washed my hands,there would be water leaking out from the rear of the basin and dropping onto the floor. The dropping also occasionally continued into the night when neighbouring rooms used water and disrupted my sleeping.
- The room was far more dilapidated than in pictures on the website. The plaster on all walls was cracked and peeling in many places.
- The TV remote's batteries did not work and there was also no manual in the room to explain use of the NVM TV system installed in the rooms. Unfortunately, as no staff were available on premises in the morning when I left the hotel or in the evening when I returned, I was unable to replace the batteries.
The room was clean, quiet, and well located, but there are a few major caveats. 1.) Staff does not keep to posted hours. 2.) If you arrive at night be prepared to not reach anyone on their night service or emergency contact phone #’s. 3.) If you’re unacquainted with contactless, computer registration, be prepared for problems. 4.) No hooks or place to hang clothes. 5.) Strange (for an American, that is) shower set up. 6.) No way to leave luggage for later pickup. 7. Basically no visible staff to speak of or standard amenities.
Overall are quite good. But the service men are so coldly, didn’t feel warms from him. Maybe have more smiles will be better.
11am have to be checkout. The time is a little bit rush for me. He said you can’t be over more than one minutes. They are not allowed it.
Others are quite good for me.
