房子整體寬敞又舒適，大致上也有在整理，挺乾淨；不過餐廳的一處靠近垃圾桶方向的地板，鞋子只要踩過去就黏黏的，可能曾經打翻過什麼。另外，放在大門外的沙發挺髒的，看起來是鳥屎或其他已經乾掉的液體。

幾個家庭一起入住，球池+溜滑梯讓小朋友們玩一整天都不會膩！ 圍坐門口聊天、或是在客廳大桌吃飯玩桌遊，都非常舒適。 大浴缸讓小朋友輪流泡澡玩水也是一大樂事！ 即使是夏天，晚上散步還是很涼爽。 走路3分鐘就有超商和小吃攤，宵夜啤酒都不用愁買不到～ 非常推薦！

難忘的體驗：513 包棟民宿

這次好不容易邀請到中南部好朋友，共同歡樂慶生，選擇了第一次來體驗美軍民宿，就住到衛浴管路有問題。 有廁所兩間套房會漂出來濃烈的屎味，和外面公共浴廁，到晚上味道加重，整晚是連打開房門都揮之不去的臭味，大家都撐半夜很累也只好勉強與屎味共眠。 真的太可怕了～ 希望民宿老闆能馬上改善，不然會影響之後入主人的住宿品質權益。
