  • Last night we went to a Taoist Temple in Taipei. You can see in the close up picture of people praying how they receive and answer immediately from the prayers. After kneeling and bowing, you throw two "stones" onto the floor. They are both crescent shaped with a sun and a moon side. If they end up both on one side, the answer is NO. If they end up both on the other side, the answer is maybe, or not enough information. If the end up like a ying and a yang, then the answer is YES. I took a moment to pray, asked my question and got a ying and a yang out of the throw. The belief is, that the result comes from within your own heart.

Receptionist was rather cold and unwelcoming when we checked in. The room assigned to us has water leakage issues but was glad they immediately changed a room for us. Although it is a non smoking facility, you can smell traces of cigarettes in the room.

Combination of Youth Hostel and Hotel

It is near the subway station and the Combination of Youth Hostel and Hotel. Cleanliness can be improved and the bed is less comfortable which should be replaced because it is over-used. Breakfast is common as the Youth Hostel providing.

Awful breakfast & without table-clean service

Their breakfast is very awful. Most of the dishes are artificial sources. They don't even offer boiled eggs. This is the worst breakfast we've been through. They don't clean the tables after clients used.

リーズナブルな上にホテルの立地が良いです。ホテルまでは桃園空港MRT台北駅の北門駅方向出口から出て、松山新店線北門駅から途中松江南京駅で乗り換えで中山國小駅を目指すと混雑に巻き込まれず楽です。中学校と小学校近くなので治安は良いです。ホテルはボディーソープとシャンプーはあるけれど、コンディショナーとハンドソープがないので持ってきたほうが良いです。大きなドラッグストアが隣接しているのでそこで揃えることも可能です。室内のusb差し込み口が塞がっていて利用できませんでした。個人的にホテルの共同スペースに設置されているマッサージチェアがお気に入りです。観光での疲れが癒やされました。
