Staff were very pleasant. The room was nice and clean. The bed was firm. Overall a very great experience and would recommend to others. Location was amazing, as we were right next to Ximending district but not inside, this help reduce the noise level but also gave us great access to all the entertainment.

Was surprised with the size of the quadruple room. It had a great space for us to had our breakfast in the room. We used the space to open up our 4 luggage too. location wise, it is nicely situated in Ximending. Very assessible.

Though it's very convenient to get around from the hotel, the biggest downside was the terrible internet connection! It would have been a great experience had the internet not get disconnected.
