"I wouldn't consider this is a hotel, at best is the youth hostel, but charged as a 4 stars hotel rate. First, the taxi driver was not able to find the hotel, as the location is on the 11th floor in an old commercial building. At the front desk seems reasonable clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Inside the room is a bunk bed that really shocking as a hotel and the room size is very small. Carpet is a little old and worn, bathroom is fair with minimum facilities provided. "We stayed for six nights - we only planned for four but the staff was so welcoming we added two more. Clean rooms, free snacks and bottled water, coffee and tea. The hotel is on the top floors of retail, restaurants and movie theatres so there’s sometimes a wait but it moves quickly. Shout out to Sping, Jack, Jerry and Tommy for making our stay so comfortable, as well as the housekeeping staff. Definitely recommend."
