Friendly staff. The free snacks at happy hour were nice. Even though we didn't have our room cleaned they still left new water bottles outside our door. A very nice stay.

The small tub on the balcony was a lifesaver in Taichung het. We had a little friendly lizard, but also an unexpected cockroach guest who lives under the boards on the balcony. The shower didn’t properly drain, and the room connecting the balcony to the bathroom wasn’t sealed, meaning we could hear street noise starting at 6 am, as well as feel the heat outside, making the a.c. Less effective. The mattress was also rather firm, even as someone who sleeps on a firm mattress, making sleep somewhat difficult. Location is good. Easy walk to and from the station and to nearby food and attractions. Snack and tea bar in the afternoons was a pleasant surprise.

Had a very enjoyable stay for 2 nights in September. Room was very large including a living space. I will say the small sofa in the lounge needs replacing, its very uncomfortable! Our room was also very dark due to the orientation. The rain shower was one of the best I have ever experienced! The staff were friendly although it is pretty bare bones when it comes to that and service. Essentially halfway between a full serving hotel and self check in place. There was a cute happy hour with biscuits and melon tea from 3.30pm. Location is nice near 3rd Street market and Miyahara.

My family and I had a great 2 nights stay at check inn Zhongshan. The reception staff were nice and friendly. The loft style room is great and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to some great restaurants. The banquet snacks were nostalgic and delicious.

Very nice hotel. Very modern, nice room layout which help you to relax and feel comfortable. Near to the main station and the highlights of the city. It is a city for one night only and only if you go by it to get somewhere else
