"So far this time, the staff was very helpful and the room is clean"

"Staff are very helpful. We asked for a transformer because of different voltage in HK, they gave us a big and heavy one which worked but hard to carry around. So we told them that we left the transformer at the room so they can pick it up from there after we checked out. Also the cleaner was very understanding. We came back before the end of the day and she told us that she didn't clean our room yet. So after 5 mins, she came over, changed our bedding and dumped the garbage, checked the supplies and left us alone. The hotel is always full of customers and it's very convenient for shopping and eating because it's within a shopping plaza. This hotel is a value pick."

"Room was. Beautiful Location surrounded by mountains and water however 30 minute train ride from central markets and action Wine glasses would have been nice in the room . Very quick to give you the bill so try and pre book breakfast in your room stay . It was a wonderful selection however the bill was on our table before we ate anything . I found that rude"

"Front counter staffs are very attentive and efficient. The room is clean but the furniture and the washroom need to be updated. AC is good. One thing I like to mention is about the grey hair lady who opened the door every Morning. Even she had a mask on, her greeting was so heartwarming. I can see from her eyes and I can hear from her tune of voice."
