"This was my fifth time in Hong Kong in eight years, and I brought my parents because it's a pleasant winter. I had a little trouble finding the hotel. The downtown area is just a few minutes' walk away, so supermarkets and other shopping options are easily accessible. It's very quiet here, which is nice. On previous trips, I rarely stayed in hotels, but this time I spent most of my time at a hotel. Checking in was comfortable, relaxing on the sofa while enjoying a welcome drink. I was glad that I could use my credit card for the deposit. I was looking forward to the Salon Lanson perks, which were fantastic. The breakfast and dinner meals were delicious. I enjoyed the coffee and relaxed atmosphere. The fruit service was also great. I wasn't sure if the food in the fridge was free or charged for, so I hardly used it. The separate bedroom and living room and the mini-kitchen were big reasons I chose this hotel. The daily housekeeping was also excellent. I love the tram, so I used it a lot. The location, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, was very convenient. The only thing that was disappointing was the guests' manners. The laundry service was very convenient and I used it every day, but the T-shirts I had put out before dinner on my last day were gone. I'd love to stay here again.
