"Found a cockroach the first night , rooms need some TLC and housekeeping has to be better. I know housekeeping is every other day but when they would come they would never vacuum or take the dirty mugs and cups and we stayed a whole week with children."

"Reception staff very polite and helpful, F&B Staff are very hard working but buffet breakfast around 9am is chaotic as it seems to be 1 x staff down, food are replenished quickly by the awesome chefs but the floor staff were swamped, cups / glasses / coffee machine / plates were constantly running out from 9am onwards"
