「Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. 「The house itself was exactly what we needed and is a great property. However, upon arrival, we found that the sheets and bathroom rugs had not been properly cleaned, and there were no extra linens available. This caused a significant delay in settling in late at night. Management was responsive and refunded the cleaning fee, but I strongly recommend ensuring the cleaning is done thoroughly before guest arrival.」
