Tahoe is home to wildlife, including black bears—please use the bear-proof trash box and never leave food outside.

Electric bear mats/fencing are installed for safety and can be turned off when guests are on-site.



‣ Hot Tub Guidelines

To help ensure the hot tub stays clean and safe for all guests:



- The hot tub can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people at a time. Exceeding this may cause it to overflow, which could result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.

- Please avoid placing any trash or foreign objects in the hot tub, as this may lead to extra cleaning fees.

- By using the hot tub, guests agree to do so at their own risk and waive liability for any injury or health issues that may arise from improper use.

Exterior security cameras are in place for guest safety.

Noise sensors inside & on the deck help maintain a peaceful environment for guests & neighbors.

Quiet hours enforced – Please keep outdoor gatherings at reasonable noise levels.

- No pets, smoking, or vaping anywhere on the property — $500 fine applies for violations.

- All trash must be secured in the bear-proof container.

- Parking limited to 4 vehicles — 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway (no street parking).

- Maximum 12 adults per Placer County regulations.
