This home also features a quaint, furnished balcony creating the perfect spot for unwinding. So whether you're on a solo escapade to the woods, a romantic trip with your significant other, or a thrilling adventure with a friend or relative, this home is great for your next getaway.



    This convenient escapade is located just one and a half miles from Tahoe City which boasts many restaurants, galleries, shops, and nightlife. For the skiers in the group, you are just six miles from exclusive resorts such as Homewood and eight miles to Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows for skiing and snowboarding. Summer visitors will also have endless activities to try, including the many hiking and biking trails, and enjoy concerts at Commons Beach. Golfers will be thrilled by the close proximity to Tahoe City Golf Course, which is only one and a half miles away. Lake Tahoe is a short walk away, offering endless attractions and things to do no matter the season you decide to visit. Summertime brings fishing, boating, paddle boarding, biking, jet skiing, and more!

    This home has no kitchen. A microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker are available.

    Lake Tahoe is a mountain town and its internet signal is different than in big cities. When there are not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.

    This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

    HOA can close the shared pool and hot tub at any time without notice due to maintenance or weather.

The room is large and has a very nice private deck area. They supply a variety of small appliances which was very convenient. It is challenging to store clothes/luggage as no good space to setup supplied suitcase stand and no dresser space. It would be helpful if they removed some of the indoor seating, (5) chairs are just not needed in a room with one bed. Vanity is outdated but functional, shower is nice with modern glass sliding doors. The resort has a very nice pool, hot tub, sauna etc. There are great hiking trails and the location is very convenient to beaches, restaurants, bakery etc. I found the resort to reasonably quiet and a peaceful forest environment.

The room was okay. The electronics and cords were all over the counter and filling an entire drawer, making it hard to put our stuff anywhere. They only gave us 2 rolls of tp for our 3 night stay. It was cheap, thin tp, and we almost ran out. So we called to get more, and were surprised to get the response that we were only allotted that much! That’s ridiculous! Was I supposed to wipe with the pillowcases? I’ve never heard that in my life. Would never rent from them again.
