Winter Driving Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order. You may find valuable winter driving tips from the CHP here: https://bit.ly/3IKiY7n
Summer Patio Furniture Patio furniture is available for your use during summer months only. All outdoor tables, chairs and loungers are put into storage in the fall, in order to protect the furnishings from winter weather. Barbecue grills, however, do remain outside for your enjoyment.
Black bears are very common in this area and have become habituated to human food and garbage. Because bears no longer have a strong fear of humans, you may encounter bears during your spring, summer and fall stays. Feeding bears is illegal. Leaving food outside, trash accessible, or doors and windows unlocked is likely to cause significant property damage to homes and to vehicles. Please take a moment to learn how to be Bear Aware, so that we can continue to live in harmony with our wildlife.
Office Holiday Hours The TLUXP office is closed on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

I highly recommend staying at Reflections! My family had a great stay. The house was well equipped with useful amenities and the view of Lake Tahoe is unparalleled.
Enjoyed our stay here. Breathtaking view, great amount of room for big families, and jacuzzi was the cherry on top. Plenty of amenities and stores close by. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful time gathering our extended family together over the Thanksgiving holiday at this lovely home in Dollar Point. The views were spectacular and could be seen from almost every room. Plenty of space for a variety of activities. Will stay here again if we get the chance!
The space was clean and comfortable. Easy 15 min ride to palisades base. The view of Lake Tahoe from the hot tub is fantastic! Easy communication with the property manager. Highly recommended!
Beautiful home! Very comfortable for our family of 10 adults. All rooms have at least a queen and king beds. No bunk beds, thank goodness! The room advertised as a queen and a twin actually had 2 queen beds. Views were fantastic from the windows and deck. We didn’t use the BBQ or Hot tub, but nice to have available. We took some beautiful walks thru the neighborhood. Highly recommend this property!
The pictures do not do it justice. The view is breathtaking. The space was great for our family trip (5 adults and 6 kids). The kids loved playing pool, the hot tub and the sleds in the garage! The house is well adorned and very convenient to Tahoe City and ski slopes. The hosts were easy to reach and checked in throughout our stay. Hope to stay here again in the future!
We have stayed in many North Shore properties as a family. This home was by far the most spacious and comfortable for our family of 11. Beautiful lake views throughout. The home has been remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen. We will only stay at this property going forward.
Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was foamy but hot. Nice grill and kitchen. Neighborhood was great to walk around. The pool stick rack was falling off the wall and it needs some paint. Over all great home and we will stay here again.
We went with 10 ladies for a girls trip weekend. The home was super spacious and a pleasure to stay at. Everything was clean, easy to use, and well thought out. The VIEW was amazing!! Check in, check out was super easy and we didn't need the manager for anything. Nothing but good things to say. I even appreciated that the home was not over cluttered with decor so there was space for our stuff, suitcases, games, etc.
One of the best places we have stayed on VRBO over the years. Great location, beautiful home. Fully equipped and everything worked as advertised. Highly recommend.
This beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood close to Tahoe city with views of Lake Tahoe. The kitchen is well equipped for any chef. The property management company was very responsive and helpful with a hot tub issue over Fourth of July weekend. I would definitely recommend this property.
I stayed here with a group of 9 for a girls trip and we had a great stay! The house is so beautiful, well decorated and clean. The view is insane!!! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the house had all the basics like hair dryers, extra blankets, games, and plenty of towels (bath and beach towels). Comfy beds and plenty of space to spread out. You won’t regret staying here :)
Lovely house with unbelievable views from almost every room. Our family of 8 experienced a big snowstorm that kept us homebound for 2 days, but there was so much to do in the house between the pool table, poker chips, hot tub, board games, and Roku TV, that we had a terrific time! We even built a giant snowman on the deck!
Very clean home, kitchen well equipped. We brought a rice cooker, but used the home's blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
Would definitely stay here again
