Stumbled across this place through searching for somewhere to stay in Agadir for a couple of days, and decided to take the risk to go outside of the city instead of staying closer to the beach/airport, which had been my original intention. Now I can't WAIT to go back! Absolute paradise: stunning, incredible food, gorgeous rooms, fantastic service, and the most beautiful pool I have ever seen! 「Despite its premium pricing by Moroccan standards, this hotel fails to deliver a true five-star experience. Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed.
