A lovely hotel within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and shops! They were able to give us a room on the lower level, which was a great help for my travel buddy with mobility issues.
Old, yucky , noisy, cheap and the worse beds ever. But in a great location and frint desk employee was kind snd helpful

Very friendly staff. Spoke both French and English
The hotel could use some TLC. Rooms needed updating, bathroom missing shower hooks and tile caulk.
Breakfast was provided only for one day. Cold eggs, toast, cereal, bananas, coffee. Cost @ 15.00
The other days just toast, cereal and coffee for free. The tables were not cleaned between guests.
my stay at hotel motel George’s was ok before I would rate it 5 stars until we had to pay 5$ every day for break fast and our coffe machine was broken 6$ for water bottles was absolutely insane on top of that we unfortunately had to wait for our ride and we weren’t able to check out on time so they charged us 10$ each hour it was a total of 70$ so it was high way robbery our hotel was already 632$ so over all it was an ok experience we got screwed so next year we will not be taking this hotel they really need to upgrade every thing service how it works every thing also I don’t recommend eating at le bateau food was awful service was awful

Convenient and walkable to the village through the pretty hiking trail across the road. Beds are not particularly comfortable. $15 breakfast in the motel is buffet-style but very poor selection and quality. It would be better to remove breakfast as an option if they continue with this type of buffet.

Stay in comfort and see the sights.
The location is wonderful. There are lake and ocean views. It is easy access from the ferry and close to the trail walk into town.

Disliked: Amenities
The beds and bathrooms were clean. However, the room needed to be wiped for dust throughout all surfaces. More sweeping and mopping around and under beds and behind other furniture.
There was no microwave in the room. No kettle to brew water for tea.
cheap clean and cheerful basic accomadation. convenient location. staff was very helpful and courteous.

Seems to be family run an the staff are nice. Spent 3 nights an they didn't attend to the room once, which was disappointing. This is right on the road to the ferry so can be loud.
Place was lacking overall (screens and windows that didn't close well, portable AC leaked water, shower leaked water and made a mess).
Adequate as a place to sleep but I wouldn't be rushing back to spend another night there.
There was definitely a language barrier. Nothing that I needed to sign regarding my pet agreement of terms was in English and the man at the desk didn’t attempt to explain and just kept telling me that I needed to sign it. After a long drive we were happy to be able to take a bath, until we saw the tub walls. There were units with kitchen appliances plugged in outside with extension cords and indoor power bars. It was a place to stay along the way but I think the next time I’ll plan my route to avoid staying there. The price did not make up for the inadequacies. The light outside the unit door was burnt out and the area not well illuminated .
