Conveniently located but too pricey

The check-in process for this place was less than ideal. I paid extra for early check-in at 1 PM instead of the usual 3 PM, yet when I arrived, I still hadn’t received the proper instructions. I sent a message but got no response, so I had to do some digging to find a phone number. After finally getting in touch with someone, they sent me the access codes to enter the building. Not the worst situation, but when you’re charged extra for a service that isn’t properly delivered, it’s frustrating.The space itself is clean and modern, but the bed is basically a fold-out cot—definitely not comfortable. There’s also no A/C, and because of the large windows (which are great for natural light), the place gets quite hot during the day. Luckily, I found a fan tucked away in the closet. Another issue was the heater vent right next to the bed, which constantly blasted hot air. I couldn’t figure out how to control it and ultimately had to shut it off via the breaker switch.Overall, while the location was convenient for my quick stay, the high price—plus the added cost for early check-in—just wasn’t worth it. I don’t see myself staying here again.

* Beware *

First off the neighborhood is a dump and I mean literally trash piled up all over the place. Upon check in there was no blanket, sheets or pillows on the bed. The management team suggested to go buy some.After purchasing my own bedding and finally falling asleep a delivery person woke me up with sheets and a pillow, but no still no blanket. There was what appeared to be blood spattered on the wall. They said they were going to refund my money for the stay but of course never did. Steer Clear !
