「Seriously, folks, we must have stayed when the hotel was understaffed. The bed in our room had a yellowish wet spot in the middle of the mattress which forced us to switch rooms. The “fitted” bed sheets were placed 90 degrees the wrong way and kept coming off. The toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet. 「The room itself was great and the continental breakfast was wonderful; however, a fire alarm test happened without notification which the staff said they tried calling our room to warn us, but we did not receive a phone call, nor did my neighbor. Not a big deal, but just an unnecessary inconvenience.」
