"We had an overall excellent stay at the house in Tumbaco. The house was very nice and met all our expectations. It is completely equipped with all items needed for comfort. The host was very responsive to all our questions about the area. Alex was the best onsite host and was our personal driver for local rides and excursions. We recommend this house as a great place to stay!"

"I really can’t say enough good things about staying at “The Miller Townhouse” We got to meet several of the family members. The family went above & beyond to be accommodating towards us. At the end of our stay we felt like we were part of the family. Their hospitality can’t be beaten. Seriously, don’t stay anywhere else. You will find yourself submerged in true Ibarra with true friends "

"Spacious, comfortable place to stay right by the lake. Safe neighborhood, secure parking, and the bilingual host treats you like family. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Luis and his wonderful family are very knowledgeable about the area and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!"

"El propietario es uno de los peores con los que he tenido un trato. Se desentendio de mi reservacion. Cuando yo me llame, dijo que no tenía reservacion y lo rento a alguien más. Fue un descarado y no ayudo en nada. Me disgusto mucho esa persona."

"Plenty of room for our group of 12. The owner even came over and helped us start a fire, for the cold nights! Also had periodical cleaning which was an added bonus. Only issue we had is the downstairs shower only had cold water so we had to share the 2 upstairs between 12 folks. Not ideal but was do able. Great house in a quiet part of town."

"We really loved staying here. Rolando and his family were super welcoming and at the same time gave privacy in the apartment. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and loved being a bit away from the town but still close enough where it was a 30 min. walk or 5 min. drive. We had a rental car for this trip but noticed taxis were also available. The property is also within 20 min. of a National Park for good hiking. "This hotel is very quiet and professional. You cannot beat this experience. It is very close to the airport which makes it very convenient. If you get lucky and it’s cruise season then you’ll have a great time meeting so many people at the bar and restaurant area. Shoutout to the bar staff they know how to have a good time!!"

"This hotel is a feast for the eyes! Exquisite design, decor, garden, and flowers everywhere. Spacious, comfortable, sleeping, a free shuttle to and from the airport and a gorgeous buffet breakfast and the option to purchase a delicious dinner in the hotel in the evening Made this a wonderful place to stay! Roosters and dogs in the surrounding area nearby will create an early morning wake up for more sensitive sleepers, but the hotel itself… There are no words to say how pleased we all were! Great value! Truly appreciative of this hotel!!!"

"We were in Quito overnight, flying out the next morning, so we wer looking for a lower cost hotel. Tababel Land offered free pickup from the airport so was perfect for ourneeds. Small but cozy and well appointed room. Great helpon check in and in getting us a taxi in the morning. Only issue was that the phone number listed went to an odd sounding recording in Spanish. But we got connected and all ended well."

"The hotel grounds are gorgeous. Mountain views with beautiful plants and roaming llamas and peacocks. Breakfast was delicious and the playground fun for kids. The only down side are the beds were very uncomfortable in our room. If you like an extra firm mattress this is the place for you"
