"Elevator was down the entire stay, rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk at check in was immature and needed better customer service skills. Manager was kind and apologetic about our experience. Overall not bad just needs some improvement. We travel a lot with our kids activities and we would not stay here again. "

"My only complaint would be the super thin walls/ceilings. I was on the 2nd floor and kids were running around on the 3rd floor for 2-3 hours that night. I stuck it out and didn't make a complaint to the front desk because I know they were kids BUT I feel the front desk should do better when assigning rooms"

"My family and I booked this rental for the holidays and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable which is very important to us and the amenities were great for our week stay. We also loved how close we were to the wake forest and Raleigh area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We did have some issues with the homes thermostat that left us a bit uncomfortable at times but the host was very attentive and helpful with fixing the issue."
