"We reserved an ADA room, but they rented it to someone before we arrived. Very difficult. Breakfast is included but it is not on site. You have to go into town to a restaurant. That being said, the food was amazing. A definite place i would stay again and happy to recommend it highly."

"Had a problem with door code that was not the owners fault. She and Vrbo fairly quickly got it straightened out. We were traveling on utv’s over the old wagon road from elk city. One of our machines had a breakdown just before we got to our room. Host was nice enough to let us park machine there ..."
