It features a living/dining room with a double sofa bed (140 cm) that can accommodate additional guests. The living/dining room is equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen) and a fan for your comfort.

There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and another room with two beds, also with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The house provides direct access to the terrace from the living area.

Amenities Included
The kitchenette is well-equipped with essential appliances, including 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also features a shower/bidet/WC combination.
