Villa Silvia is situated a few kilometers away from the historic center of Syracuse. The property boasts amazing sea views that can be enjoyed from its beautiful swimming pool which is heated and purified with salt (without chlorine), solarium, and equipped terraces and garden. This contemporary style villa has a surface area of over 400 square metres - and consists of a main house and two cozy annexes, for a total of 13 sleeps (1 in sofa bed).
The main villa, features at the pool level, the living area with a large sitting room with TV, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom.
On the upper floor we find a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a small bedroom and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, which can be accessed only from outside and is independent from the rest of the house we find a living area with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The two annexes are home to the fifth and sixth bedroom with patio, minibar and en-suite bathroom.
From the villa, which is located a few hundred meters from the cliffs and wonderful sea of the Plemmirio marine area, you can reach in a few minutes’ drive Ortigia, the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, Catania, Mount Etna and Taormina.

A security deposit of 2.000,00 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, midweek change of bed linens, bath towels and pool towels, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned: midweek - 4 h, welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
