Villa 'Opulentia' with Pool and Sea View

Just outside Syracuse, in the Plemmirio nature reserve, Villa Opulentia is a beautiful 160 m² villa for up to 8 guests. It has 3 bedrooms: a ground-floor double with a sofa bed; upstairs, a suite with a round double bed, sofa bed and private terrace overlooking the garden, pools and sea. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and an equipped kitchen with a central island. Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an 85-inch smart TV, washing machine, dryer, workspace, high chair and cot.



Outside, a garden and terrace await you for al fresco dining, along with a sea-view balcony on the first floor. Both pools, one heated with hydromassage, are open year-round. There is also an outdoor shower with a bathroom and a barbecue. The living room dining table converts into a pool table. Table tennis and table football are also available.

From February 2027, there will be a covered fitness and wellness area with a gym and sauna.

Culinary experiences can be arranged on request, including cooking classes and chef-prepared lunches (11:30–15:30) and dinners (19:00–22:00).



On-site parking is available for up to 2 cars. The owners provide electric bikes for exploring the area without a car. Pets are welcome.



The villa is just a 10-minute drive from Ortigia and central Syracuse. The owners live in a basement apartment with a separate entrance and shared driveway. You will have exclusive use of the pools and outdoor areas during your stay. Parties and outside guests are not allowed.
