The house consists of two independent units connected by a large semi-covered veranda, the heart of the communal space. The first unit includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious triple bedroom with direct access to the garden. The second unit which are linked by an external staircase, spread over two levels, features a small living room on the ground floor and a bedroom with a private bathroom on the upper floor, offering open views of the sea and lighthouse. The veranda hosts a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a dining area with an outdoor kitchen. An authentic place for those who wish to experience the wild beauty of Plemmirio.

Being immersed in nature, the presence of animals and insects is normal. The house is offered as a short-term rental: breakfast and daily housekeeping are not provided.
