"Lovely home & setting. Very peaceful. Lots of nice touches…snacks, popcorn machine, wood for outdoor fire & supplies for s’mores, breakfast foods available, etc. Owner very responsive, polite & easy to work with. Only complaint about the house was it needed a good deep cleaning. I’m sure it’s hard to accomplish this with the few hours they have between check out & check in. We did have issues with the listing on VRBO - when booked (almost a year ago) the listing did say events up to 50 people....

The AC is shut off after each renter so be prepared to arrive to 85 degrees and have to wait for the house to cool down once you turn on at check in if staying during hot weather."

Great location downtown Statesboro, convenient to any events in town for and short walk just downstairs to Bull&Barrell steakhouse which also was great food and service! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and also stay again!"

"This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at. It was super clean and had everything you could possibly need. The master bed was super comfortable and the master bath was amazing. Only issue was the street noise and the train BUT it was manageable. The train only came once in the early evening. We will definitely be back!!"

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was adequate - not very strong but better than most hotels I've stayed at. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Hotel is in walking distance to many different restaurants and conveniently located to everything. I would definitely stay again"
