The Space:
Free and super fast/unlimited NBN service. You can enjoy YouTube/ Netflix any time. A cup of coffee/tea in the front yard or back yard can be enjoyed with the beautiful decking. Located in the heart of Sydney, you can reach most of the popular places within 15mins. Only 13 km to airport and city. Bus stop is just 50m away and takes you to Burwood, Straithfield and city. Super location.
You can park on the drive way or there are a lot off unlimited street parking you can use.
The house is not not that big in size. It can accomadate up to 10 people, but 6-7 people staying will feel more comfortable.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Straithfield south, 4 km to Burwood Westfield shopping mall and Straithfield Plaza. Walk to BP convenience store and you can get all your basic needs there.
Nice and quiet neighborhood with beautiful leafy surrounding.
Bus stop is just 50m away on Punchbowl Rd,
which brings you to all nearing suburbs and city.
Other Things to Note:
We are in very quiet residence area. No party allowed. No loud music all the time. Quiet hour after 9:00pm. Please respect our peaceful neighborhood, which means NO playing music or loudly talking outdoor between 9:00pm to 8:00am.
Please note that anybody who host party or make excessive noise will be terminate stay immediately without refund. My neighbors deserve peace in the evening. Thank you very much for your understanding.
