There is a granny which has a common wall with the house in the ground floor. but the entrances are separated and residents living there do not have access to our house.
The garage is not included in the renting package as it is used for furniture and linen storage. There are plenty street parking in the front and side of the house. Please DO NOT park on the driveway otherwise it will block the access to the garage.

★ Food Safety ★
For food safety, we are not providing salt, pepper, sugar, tea or coffee. They can be easily bought from the Woolworths and Aldi nearby, or you may bring your own.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
