The entire property plus the the building also has an additional large outdoor secure courtyard and you will also enjoy a large balcony with a private leafy outlook.

Located on the border of Darlinghurst and Rushcutters bay. This location is easily one of the best in Sydney if you need easy transport, great cafes, harbour front walks, and 10 mins to the CBD. You really can’t get a better, more central but also very quiet location.

Its only Three kilometres east of the Sydney CBD, it’s easily accessible by train from Kings Cross station and by road, near the entry to the Cross City Tunnel. It takes about half an hour to walk to Martin Place and less than 10 minutes to reach the shops, bars and restaurants of Potts Point.

You can also enjoy some of the many harbourside walking tracks that are just a 5 minute walk from this property.
