📝 House Rules & Fees
1. Booking confirms your agreement to these rules. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction and extra charges.
No Parties/Events & Strict Quiet Hours (From 10:00 PM): First complaint = formal warning. Second complaint = immediate eviction without refund.
2. Strictly Non-Smoking/Vaping: Prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and in common areas. A $300 specialised cleaning fee applies for violations.
3. Key / Fob Loss: Electronic fobs are highly expensive to replace. Loss/damage incurs a $300 replacement fee.
4. Call-out & Late Checkout Fee ($90): Applies if you lock yourself out, require emergency on-site assistance, or delay checkout without approval (preventing cleaners from entering).
5. Extended Stays: For bookings of 14+ nights, a mid-stay professional full clean and restock is highly recommended for $250.
